When is implementation the problem? [Friday Wrap-Up]

This week I talk about when implementation itself becomes the blocker — how working on a new welcome sequence in Kyle Adams' Newsletter Power-Up Cohort reminded me that I rarely get stuck deciding to act, but I do get stuck overcomplicating the build, and why I need to iterate for myself the way I do for clients. Then a FanGraphs piece that reframed how I react to fans booing at the All-Star Game, and a recommendation for the cast of The Odyssey recapping the entire story in one minute on The Tonight Show.
